The sector of Katavolo is an oblong rocky tower (Pyrgos) at the side of the road Kymi – Steni, 6km before the village of Metochi.

It consists of excellent quality compact limestone and has a total height of 140m.

You can climb here on red wall, on holds ranging from tufas to very small ones, and can be very pleasant even on hot summer days. The main developer of the crag is George Rousalis.
